With this project currently in pre-construction, we are anxiously awaiting the release of the final floor plans. However, we know the City of Vancouver has approved for this development 25 studio, 157 one-bedroom, 50 two-bedroom, and 46 three-bedroom homes.

 

Amenities at 1111 Richards:
Approximately 8,000 sq ft of commercial space on the ground floor will be dedicated to a restaurant with a patio overlooking the park, and a Montessori school and daycare located on the ground and second floors.

 

Level 34 will offer a fitness suite, amenity room and lounge with kitchenette, storage and accessible washroom, outdoor common amenity area with a covered deck area, a common outdoor dining area, and a storage shed and potting bench for a rooftop garden.

 

Parking and Storage:
A total of 236 spots in seven levels of underground parking will serve residents, visitors, the school, and commercial vehicles. There will also be 501 bicycle parking lockers/slots accessed by a dedicated bicycle elevator.

 

Maintenance Fees at 1111 Richards:
These are yet to be determined.

 

Developer Team for 1111 Richards:
GBL Architects was hired by Brenhill Developments to design 1111 Richards. They are a progressive Vancouver-based firm of 38 architects, project managers and technicians with a 25-year reputation of providing a full range of architectural services to the private and public sector. GBL design with the belief that form plays a vital role in defining experience through an ever-changing dynamic between sculptural artistry and social responsibility. To that end, they regularly practice green design through the LEED Canada Program.

 

Expected Completion for 1111 Richards:
The completion date for these New Yaletown pre-construction condos has not been announced.
