Amenities for this pre-construction residential community haven’t been finalized, but the developer is proposing a rooftop common terrace and in the central courtyard, a shared common area and children’s play space. Expect private patios for the townhouses and ground-level homes in the main building.

 

Parking and Storage:


Details are yet to be finalized, but the developer is proposing 51 parking spaces in two levels of underground and 66 bicycle storage spaces.

Portico Design Group has been selected to bring Henry’s interiors to life through creative use of space, colour, and texture with their vast in-house library. Portico provides full interior design services for residential and commercial real estate developers, resort operators, and private home owners in Canada and the United States.

 

Expected Completion for Henry:


Henry is still in pre-construction, so a completion date is not yet known.
